SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Project Manager
Overview
This is an initial 6 month contract role overseeing the end-to-end delivery of the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 upgrade, ensuring vendor performance and successful implementation.

Our client is a leading organisation delivering essential services across Tasmania. They are undergoing a key digital HR transformation and require strong project expertise to support their SuccessFactors upgrade.
Responsibilities
- Drive and coordinate the Onboarding 2.0 upgrade project
- Manage vendor performance and delivery against scope, timeline, and quality standards
- Facilitate governance, reporting, and issue resolution
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met
- Oversee handover, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams
Skills & experience
- Proven experience managing SAP SuccessFactors or HRIS implementation projects
- Strong vendor management and governance skills
- Expertise in contract management, SLAs, and supplier deliverables
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to resolve issues, manage risks, and maintain project momentum
- Key role driving a critical SAP SuccessFactors upgrade
- Chance to lead high visibility vendor management activities
- Contract position with competitive daily rate
