About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate Commis Chefs to join our growing culinary teams across a range of venues on Hamilton Island. From award-winning restaurants and lively cafés to weddings, events, and takeaway options – we offer roles to suit every style and ambition.
Your Responsibilities
* Assist with food preparation, plating, and kitchen operations under the guidance of senior chefs.
* Learn by doing – building your skills in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
* Rotate through kitchens across the island to broaden your skills.

You're energetic, curious, and ready to grow. You take pride in your work, thrive in a team environment, and are passionate about creating great food.
What We're Looking For
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Essential).
* Valid working rights in Australia (minimum 6 months).
* Willingness to learn and follow direction.
* Good organisation, personal presentation, and communication skills.
* Open Australian driver licence (manual required for some roles).
