Department: Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action
As a Recruitment Officer, you'll partner with the wider HR team, people managers, and client groups to provide the best attraction, selection, and onboarding experience for new and existing employees at DEECA.
We're looking for a motivated and reliable individual who can work collaboratively and flexibly with key stakeholders to join our energetic and friendly Recruitment team.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

Knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices and associated Human Resource Management policies and procedures.
Experience supporting the delivery of high-quality, client-centric recruitment services in a complex and changing organization.
Experience with Springboard platform and SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable.

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
