Role

If you're the type who lights up talking to people, hates flaky gigs, and wants to own real impact in a fast‐growing longevity startup—the Onboarding / Sales V.A. role is for you.

You are the first impression. You'll welcome new customers. You'll conduct 20‐30 minute Zoom calls shortly after a customer's initial program purchase. You'll verify details, build deep rapport by uncovering their motivations and past struggles, share proven success stories and data, and potentially upsell a premium add‐on as a 'fast‐track' upgrade—framing it with tailored metaphors like upgrading from a cruise to a first‐class flight to address pains such as hormonal changes, inflammation, low energy, or physical setbacks.

This role is perfect for empathetic extroverts who love coaching and closing, blending wellness expertise with sales to create life‐changing moments in a dynamic health and wellness environment. You should genuinely enjoy working with people, teaching, and solving problems with them—not for them.

Key Responsibilities
* Follow our proven onboarding script while adapting empathetically to each customer's unique story, as demonstrated in successful calls (e.g., connecting over personal backgrounds, family experiences, or specific challenges like fatigue and mood swings).
* Build deep rapport through active listening, probing questions and personalization to make clients feel truly understood.
* Verify essential info and clarify their "why" — why now, desired outcomes, and past attempts—to position the add‐on as the ideal enhancement.
* Manage your pipeline of calls, track metrics in our CRM, and ensure seamless follow‐up for upgrades and satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the team to refine processes based on trends, like recurring themes in energy levels or wellness barriers.
You're Perfect If You
* You are a top performer in your current role, perhaps as a therapist, teacher, yoga instructor, personal trainer, wellness coach, or sales professional.
* You've tried sales or customer‐facing roles and want to channel that drive into a high‐growth environment.
* You are extremely hard‐working and empathetic, excelling at adapting to unique customer stories—like wellness challenges, life transitions, or habit struggles.
* You are looking for rapid career growth into leadership.
* You have an interest in health, wellness, or nutrition.

Requirements
* 1‐2 years of experience as a psychologist, therapist, teaching, sales, coaching, wellness, or client service.
* Exceptional empathetic communication—warm, solutions‐oriented, and adaptive over Zoom/phone.
* Proficiency with Zoom, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), and basic admin tasks.
* Self‐sufficient time management in a remote setup.
