Your new role: In this vital administrative role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our service, ensuring smooth workflows and high-quality service delivery. You'll work closely with clinical and administrative staff, manage information systems, and provide reliable support that helps our team deliver excellent care. Key responsibilities include: * Delivering high-quality administrative support across the service. * Preparing correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and maintaining databases. * Coordinating fleet bookings, equipment reservations, and facility maintenance requests. * Managing records, documentation systems, scanning activities, and file upkeep. * Providing basic end-user support for medical records information systems. * Maintaining stock levels of stationery and clinical supplies. * Ensuring administrative equipment and the work environment remain safe and functional. About you: You are an organised and proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced team environment. You bring strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and care. You will bring: * Experience delivering high-level customer service with empathy, patience, and a positive attitude. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and staff at all levels. * Ability to contribute positively to team culture while managing your own workload effectively. * Strong problem-solving skills and confidence in making sound decisions. * Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and information management systems. * High accuracy in data entry and database use. * Commitment to workplace respect, inclusion, and safe practice. Mandatory Requirements * Vaccination compliance with MMR, Varicella, Pertussis, and Hepatitis B as per Health Employment Directive 01/16. * Ability to obtain and maintain a current National Police Certificate (Aged Care Pre-Employment Screening). About us: Rehab@Home is a multidisciplinary team that provides a time limited rehabilitation or restorative care to eligible clients residing in the Metro South Health catchment. Rehab@Home incorporates: * Short term care at the end of a Metro South Health public hospital admission to facilitate safe return to home and optimise functional recovery. * Short term goal directed rehabilitation aimed at improving a client's function and independence following a change in function due to a recent medical/health event. * Transition Care Program - a national, goal oriented, time limited program for older people who have completed their hospital stay.
