We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Development Manager to join our Interventional Urology and Radiation Oncology team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive adoption and growth of UroLift and Barrigel across South Australia and the Northern Territory.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives within your region, leveraging data insights and customer engagement to identify high-potential accounts, optimize resource allocation, and maximize adoption of UroLift and Barrigel.
· Identify, engage, and develop relationships with Urologists and Radiation Oncologists, and other key stakeholders.
· Partner with customers and hospitals to develop new accounts and expand usage within existing accounts.
· Deliver training and education programs for healthcare professionals to ensure optimal product adoption and patient outcomes.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical specialists, and customer service to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Required skills and experience:
· Proven track record in medical device sales, ideally within Urology or Radiation Oncology.
· Strong clinical acumen with experience in operating theatre environments and supporting procedures.
· Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills with healthcare professionals.
· Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high-performing team.
· Strategic mindset with strong territory planning and business development capabilities.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to deliver clinical education confidently.
