Job Description
* Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost savings and process efficiency.
* Manage the full procurement cycle including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier performance evaluation.
* Identify, qualify, and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
* Prepare and monitor procurement budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis.
* Lead tendering and bidding processes, ensuring transparency and competitiveness.
* Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Projects, etc.) to understand requirements and ensure timely procurement.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics to avoid shortages or overstock.
* Manage procurement team members, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
* Continuously assess market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in sourcing.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 5–7 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
* Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
* Proficiency in procurement systems (ERP, SAP, Oracle, or Zoho is a plus).
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
* Solid knowledge of contract management, supplier evaluation, and cost analysis.
* High integrity and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
