Be part of a collaborative administration team, reporting into a people-focused Administration Manager. 
**Main Duties/Responsibilities**: 
As the Receptionist, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of the daily operations in the office. 
- Handle mail efficiently, ensuring timely distribution of incoming and outgoing mail. 
- Manage office supplies; stationery, uniforms, and printers, kitchen supplies 
- Boardroom and meeting room setup and maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for meetings & order catering 
- Ensure kitchen and breakout areas remain clean and well-maintained. 
- Assist with administration tasks, such as document management and overflow from the team. 
- Be prepared to assist with ad hoc tasks as required. 
**Please note: There is no work-from-home with this role... But what a fantastic office to work in, with excellent breakout facilities!** 
**About you**: 
- Previous customer service experience from hotels, retail or hospitality 
- A strong willingness to learn 
- Understanding of MS Office suites 
- Positive, helpful attitude and ability to work in a team setting 
- Adaptable, organized & a natural communicator
