* ASO2 $64,195 to $67,154 p.a.+ super + salary packaging
* Full time temporary until April 2027

About the Role

Join our team as a Clinical Administration Officer delivering high quality support across dynamic Integrated Care services. Work in a collaborative environment focused on patient care, efficiency and continuous improvement while supporting varied daily operations.

* Provide reception, booking and patient admin support
* Manage records, billing and data entry tasks
* Prepare agendas, minutes and correspondence
* Book interpreter and transport services
* Support team and improve admin processes

About You

You're a customer focused administrator who thrives in a busy clinical setting. You bring strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to support patients and teams with confidence.

* Experience in reception and clinical admin support
* Communicate well with diverse clients and teams
* Provide high quality customer service and confidentiality
* Use computer systems and manage data accurately
* Prioritise tasks and work with initiative
