The Role
Working closely with a highly successful Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of a thriving sales business.
Your duties will include
- Managing the sales process from exchange through to settlement
- Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors and other key stakeholders
- Coordinating contracts, sales documentation and compliance requirements
- Managing a busy diary, appointments and daily schedules
- Assisting with campaign preparation and property launches
- Responding to enquiries via phone, email and text
- Working closely with the wider administration team to ensure properties are market-ready
- Providing high-level administrative and operational support
- Acting as the Director's key point of coordination across all aspects of the business
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous real estate administration, sales administration or executive assistant experience
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including exchange to settlement
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Outstanding communication and client service skills
- Professional presentation and a polished approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
