You will join the Recruitment & Employee Services team, a collaborative, service-focused group that supports leaders and staff across the organisation.
As an Employee Services Officer, you will join our supportive team and elevate your understanding of HR systems and processes.
We're looking for a proactive and collaborative individual with a strong work ethic, positive outlook, and friendly demeanour.

If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for HRIS systems and data management and administration, this role is for you.
As The Employee Services Officer, You Will
Process and maintain accurate HR data in SuccessFactors and SAP, supporting recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employment changes to Masterfile, payroll, and reporting functions.
Maintain accurate employee records, including data entry, e-filing, and regular updates in Success Factors and other HR databases.
Be the first point of contact for employees and managers, addressing general HR enquiries via phone and email.
Deliver customer-focused, timely support to all stakeholders.
About You
Experience in HR Administration/Systems: You bring hands-on experience in HR or systems administrative role, with familiarity in HRIS systems.
Systems Experience: Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and a willingness to learn HR systems / HRIS and payroll processes.
Experience with Success Factors / SAP essential.
Administrative Expertise: You're highly organized and thrive in managing high-volume workflows while meeting deadlines.
Organised and Efficient: You excel at managing your time and balancing priorities.
