Job Summary
Provide safety support at school crossing sites during the school term, acting as a Road Safety Hero in the community.
Responsibilities
* Provide relief at school crossing sites in Wollongong LGA.
* Work shifts at school zone hours between 8:00‐9:30 AM and 2:30‐4:00 PM, with a minimum shift of one hour, Monday to Friday during the school term.
Qualifications
* Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of appointment.
* Willingness and ability to obtain a Working with Children Check, reference checks, police check, and a health assessment.
* Reliable and able to work in all weather conditions.
* Effective communication skills and alertness to potential dangers.
* Training, uniforms, and equipment will be provided.
