We are looking for Experienced Full-Time and Part-Time Pharmacy Assistants and Students for our stores.
The right candidate(s) must be honest, reliable, and enthusiastic about playing a vital role within our team. You must also have excellent communication and customer service skills.
As part of your role, you will be required to serve customers, unpack orders, enter data, handle money, make appointments with sales reps, as well as other general day-to-day pharmacy duties.
Product training will be mandatory, and ongoing training will assist in a better knowledge of the products offered in-store, thus enabling you to provide the best possible service to our customers.
The following experiences are preferred but not essential:
* Prior retail pharmacy experience with strong product and operational knowledge of pharmacy, retail, and stock management.
* Prior experience in stock management/control.
* S2/S3 training.
* First Aid Certificate.
* High competency in using various computer applications.
* Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
* Ability to generate catalogues.
* Experience in invoicing and receiving/unpacking stock.
* Experience using POS software to generate reports.
* Demonstrated experience in stock management and merchandising.
* Ability to implement planograms and adhere to specific store plans.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and serve customers when required.
* A passion for retail and pharmacy.
Your duties will include:
* Maintaining all inventory and stock management systems accurately, within the agreed parameters and in a timely manner.
* Purchasing inventory within agreed time frames and budgets.
* Maintaining a process for returns/credits, including out-of-date, damaged, and unsaleable goods.
* Analyzing reports to identify dead stock and initiatives to turn over such stock.
* Conducting stock-takes.
* Implementing catalogues and promotions.
* Maintaining the storeroom in line with OHS protocols.
* Merchandising and planogram management.
* Providing excellent customer service.
