In the role of Senior Consultant, Delivery Manager, you will join the Payroll Services team in People & Culture, that’s doubling down on winning together!
Each Day, You’ll Go Above And Beyond To
Provide overall project management and execution support to the Integrated Payroll programs and support functions.Develop and maintain project resource and work plans, and monitor project plans to reflect project progress, change and issues resolutions.Establish control measures to ensure the changes delivered by the project are embedded into business as usual teams.Contribute to the review of project successes through participation in Post Implementation Reviews.Ensure initiatives have end-to-end project management ownership.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
Demonstrated experience working in a similar Project Delivery role preferably with a background in payroll and/or remediation within large scale complex organisation.Proficient in project management methodologies tools and processes across the project lifecycle.Proven experience as a Project Manager in Payroll or SAP system experience would be highly regarded.Sound interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated and relevant expertise in remediation environments.Background and thorough understanding of Financial Services preferred.Ability to build and maintain effective relationships by working collaboratively and influencing stakeholders across multiple layers of the organisation.
