ecoDynamics Group is a distinguished leader in commercial landscape solutions, partnering with major civil, sub-division, and local government clients across Victoria, South Australia, and New South Wales. Our mission is simple yet powerful: creating greener futures.

We're looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team in a pivotal, stand-alone generalist role. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll have the opportunity to shape HR practices across three states, while being supported by a collaborative and inclusive culture.

The opportunity

In this role, you'll manage the full employee lifecycle and ensure best-practice HR across the ecoDynamics Group. From recruitment and onboarding through to performance, development, and employee engagement—you'll be at the heart of building a safe, inclusive, and capable workforce that reflects our values.

Key responsibilities

* Lead the full employment cycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, and off-boarding
* Provide HR advice and coaching to leaders and staff across employment and grievance matters
* Partner with our Safety team to support wellbeing initiatives and a strong safety culture
* Oversee EAP and assist with payroll functions relating to onboarding/off-boarding and awards/agreements
* Identify training needs, track completion, and manage our Group scholarship program
* Administer performance management systems and HRIS (Action HRM)
* Manage general office functions such as procurement, phone/IT contracts, and onboarding resources

What you'll bring

* Proven experience leading HR independently in both blue- and white-collar environments, including exposure to industrial instruments
* Strong generalist HR skills with the ability to advise, coach, and influence at all levels
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Tertiary qualifications in HR, business, or a related field (or extensive industry experience)
* Permanent part-time role (0.8 FTE / 4 days), with flexible hours and hybrid work from our Keilor office
