Marketing, Sales & Branding Executive
to shape the next chapter of its story across Australia and key international markets.

* This is a rare leadership role at the intersection of artisanship and aspiration. The successful candidate will craft and execute a brand vision that honours traditional shoemaking while amplifying its relevance to contemporary, global luxury clients.

* What you will lead
* Elevate the brand narrative across social channels, digital campaigns, PR, and press to build a distinctive, enduring presence.
* Curate and activate events, trunk shows and in-store experiences that immerse clients in the world of bespoke and ready-to-wear footwear.
* Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations within Australia and internationally to open new, high-value audiences and markets.
* Guide content that captures the rhythm of the workshop – the materials, the handwork, the people – and translates it into compelling storytelling.
* Drive considered sales growth, using data, insight and brand equity to nurture long-term client relationships rather than volume.
* Who you are
* 10–15 years' experience in marketing, sales and brand building within luxury, fashion, design or related premium sectors.
* A portfolio that demonstrates the successful positioning and growth of brands at both national and international levels, with clear commercial impact.
* Evidence of work with respected companies or houses, supported by letters of recommendation and references.
