About the Role
This role offers an opportunity for Aboriginal applicants to gain practical experience and training in ICT support while pursuing a Certificate IV in Information Technology.
* Provide initial technical assistance to users via phone, email, and in-person.
* Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
* Support setup and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
* Help maintain ICT asset registers and inventory systems.
* Participate in ICT projects and system upgrades under supervision.
Essential Criteria
The following criteria are required:
* Aboriginal heritage.
* A genuine interest in ICT and willingness to learn.
* A basic understanding of computer systems and cloud computing.
* A commitment to completing a Certificate IV in Information Technology.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
