We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us at Farm Weekly as a full time Sales Representative based in the Farm Weekly office in South Perth, WA. Reporting to the Business Development and Sales Manager - Farm Weekly, you will work as part of a tight-knit, collaborative team where individual goals and targets drive team performance.This role will focus on digital and print media sales, account management and customer service, with an exciting mix of existing customers and new business generation.What's in it for you?Attractive commission structure.Career development and progression opportunities.A winning team culture that promotes openness and collaboration.Working with us at Farm Weekly, Western Australia's most important source of information for the farming community and the largest selling rural newspaper in the State.Responsibilities:Building relationships within the agriculture community and advertisers to achieve sales targets and drive sales across our digital and print products.Servicing an existing client base, as well as new business/cold calling.Meticulous account management.Exceed digital and print sales revenue targets within the territory.Manage a customer portfolio, providing clients with progress updates for their campaigns and providing recommendations for improvement.Provide exceptional customer service across all touchpoints using excellent verbal and communication skills.Attend sales calls both in person or via Google hangout, as required by management.Keep up to date with agriculture industry trends and developments.As our ideal candidate, you will have:Proven sales experience and target achievement.A 'can do' attitude and be able to lead customers and colleagues through change.Strong time management and attention to detail skills.Exceptional customer service.Manage time effectively and adapt well to change.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of online targeted display advertising, with a deep understanding of digital advertising would also be highly desirable.Knowledge of agricultural markets would be an advantage.Next Steps:Please press the APPLY button - we can't wait to hear from you!
