Inter Agri Group, a leading international protein trader based in Melbourne Australia, is seeking to add to their diversified team the position of Export Administrator.
You will report to the Commercial Manager.
Your duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the timely completion of import / export shipping documentation including: Commercial Invoice, Bills of Lading, Health Certificates, Certificates of Origins, Insurance Certificates and other documentation as required.
Ensure compliance with individual country regulations
Liaise with Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders and Regulatory bodies
Coordinate and track the status of shipments
Ensure customers are kept up to date with product movements
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience:
Ideally have experience working within the meat industry or similar exporting environment or in a similar documentation role requiring exceptional attention to detail.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal skills
Accuracy coupled with a methodical approach
Competent computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to maintain a high standard of work and composure under pressure
Ability to organise, prioritise and achieve outcomes
