Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative assistance for property-related tasks, including appraisals, listings, and marketing campaigns.
* Coordinate and proof marketing materials and bookings with attention to detail.
* Manage team emails and prepare meeting agendas with professionalism.
* Maintain database integrity, including contacts, calendars, and task management systems.
* Prepare and distribute weekly reports for active listings.
* Self-manage day-to-day tasks and ensure deadlines are met with confidence.
* Deliver exceptional communication and client experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-functioning real estate administration role.
* Solution-focused mindset with ability to work independently.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities with ease.
* Strong computer skills essential – database management and Microsoft Office proficiency required.
* Current VIC Agent's Representative Certificate advantageous.
* Experience creating digital marketing content a plus.
