Role Opportunity
Join a national mid tier contractor establishing a dedicated renewable energy division. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of the civil (CBOP) delivery on a major large scale wind farm project. You will lead all civil packages – including bulk earthworks, roads, drainage, concrete structures and underground services – from mobilisation through to completion.
With roster flexibility and the ability to fly in from any location, this role offers both project autonomy and national career progression in a rapidly growing sector.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience delivering wind farm projects
* Strong commercial acumen across forecasting, procurement and contract administration
* Ability to manage budgets and programs exceeding $50m
* High level leadership and communication capability
* Hands on, solutions focused approach with the ability to work autonomously
Duties & Responsibilities
* Lead the full delivery of civil CBOP works: earthworks, access roads, drainage, structures, and services
* Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and engineers to achieve cost, schedule, quality and safety targets
* Manage procurement, commercial performance, contract administration and project forecasting
* Work directly with clients, project stakeholders and internal leadership to ensure delivery outcomes
* Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies and resolve issues promptly
* Mentor and develop junior project staff, supporting the growth of the renewable division
