Supply Chain Coordinator Job Description
This role involves managing and coordinating all aspects of Supply Chain to ensure long-term success and growth.
Main Responsibilities:
* Logistics Management: Handling logistics for projects and regular shipments by road, air, sea, or others.
* Process Improvement: Implementing efficient work processes on allocated projects.
* Import/Export Operations: Quoting, organising, billing, documentation, operating and executing shipments from door to door.
* Supplier Performance Analysis: Analysing schedule, quality and performance of subcontractors and suppliers.
* Quality Assurance: Assessing the performance of suppliers/subcontractors. Following ISO and OHSAS directions.
To Be Successful:
* You'll need 5+ years International Logistics experience.
* Familiarity with Cargo Wise & reporting is essential.
* ICS Experience is a must.
* You should have a complete understanding of values related to your field.
* English language skills (CEFR Level 5) are required.
* Data compilation and processing skills through Excel are necessary.
* An intermediate level in Word and Outlook is expected.
* A valid Criminal History clearance and the right to live and work in Australia are also necessary.
