The Opportunity

The Head of Client Partnerships role at Harrison McMillan brings together strategic business development, client partnership and recruitment leadership.

You will play a key role in expanding our Talent Solutions portfolio, partnering with senior leaders across Adelaide organisations to design and deliver practical recruitment and talent solutions that support organisational growth.

At its core, this is a commercial sales role.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building senior client relationships and converting workforce challenges into Talent Solutions engagements.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, client partnership and delivery leadership.


Responsibilities

You will:

* Identify and pursue new Talent Solutions opportunities
* Lead solution conversations with senior leaders and HR executives
* Design recruitment solutions aligned to client workforce challenges
* Convert opportunities into structured recruitment projects and partnerships
* Guide delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes once work is secured

This is not a traditional recruitment role. It’s not purely an account management role either. It’s designed for someone who enjoys building relationships, winning work and seeing that work delivered successfully. If you enjoy opening doors, influencing hiring strategy and growing a meaningful client portfolio, this role offers the opportunity to do exactly that.
