About Goodstart Griffith – Sanders Street:
Goodstart Griffith – Sanders Street is situated in the residential area of Driver, located behind the Driver shops with Supermarket, Café, Hairdressers, Beautician, and Doctor surgery. Close to local schools. It is a 10-minute drive to the centre of Griffith. We pride ourselves on catering for up to 52 children per day and have great connections with the local community, organizing excursions to local parks and wetlands nearby.
Our centre is a passionate team that focuses on inclusive practices and relationships, as we firmly believe that children are central to all we do. Ensuring all children have access to high-quality, award-winning learning environments is our goal. Key Educator Relationships ensure all children and families have a strong sense of belonging.

* Rotation roster: 4-weekly for flexible work-life balance
* Centre open from 7:45 am to 5:45 pm
* Allocated room: Toddlers room for 2025
* Staff and programming rooms available, with areas across the centre to find quiet space to rest, relax, and plan

You’ll need:
* Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
* Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
* Active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
