About The Role
CatholicCare NT is a registered Community Housing Provider, operating a 180-bed short stay facility at Crerar Rd, Berrimah. The Manager will drive CCNT's housing agenda by implementing a housing model for Crerar Road and identifying future opportunities to increase social housing options in the NT. Responsibilities include providing strategic direction for social/community housing projects, overseeing daily operations of the Crerar Road facility, and ensuring the delivery of person-centered, high-quality, and sustainable housing services.
This position is based in Darwin, NT.
What We Are Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, social work, or a related field
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in property, social housing, or visitor accommodation management, including staff and budget management
* Strong understanding of the social/community housing and visitor accommodation sector, including legislation, regulations, and best practices
* Demonstrated experience in grant writing and funding management
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
* Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and manage budgets
* Experience in building and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships
* Ability to work collaboratively with other senior managers and staff
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
