Professional Care Supports is a trusted Disability Support Provider supporting individuals across Newcastle and the Central Coast. We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Disability Support Workers to join our growing team in the Newcastle area.

About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to participants in line with their individual care plans, promoting independence, choice, and community participation.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Minimum 1+ year experience in disability support
* Formal qualification in one of the following (required at application stage):
* Certificate III or IV in Disability
* Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care
* AIN or Enrolled Nurse qualification
* Australian Citizenship (mandatory)
* Current NSW Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
* Current Working With Children Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others
