About You
* Proven experience as a Head of Marketing or Senior Marketing Manager, with a background in property development (mandatory) and marketing agencies servicing property clients (highly desirable)
* Formal qualifications in marketing, communications
* A deep understanding of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation, with the ability to adapt strategies to suit the property development market.
* Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a property development context.
* Strong track record in developing and executing marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
* Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop talent.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate marketing strategies and results to senior leadership.
