The Opportunity
You'll attend pre-booked, in-home appointments with homeowners who have already expressed interest.
Your role is to:
* Build trust quickly
* Assess energy usage and household goals
* Present tailored energy solutions
* Educate on rebates and ROI
* Handle objections confidently
* Close on the spot
This is a structured, process-driven sales environment.
We train hard. We refine constantly. We expect execution.
What You'll Be Doing
Follow a proven sales framework and script
Prepare and send high-quality proposal emails
Manage your pipeline in HubSpot CRM
Follow up consistently within 24-48 hours
Hit and exceed weekly revenue targets
Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless installs

What You'll Earn
Base salary + uncapped commission.
OTE $165K+ hitting minimum KPIs
Top performers earning $220K–$250K+
