Role Overview:
We're seeking an enthusiastic Service Technician to join our Spray service network, responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing airless spray equipment. You'll also support store and external sales teams by providing technical advice on machines and spare parts.
This dynamic role offers hands-on experience with various equipment and opportunities to develop your skills further. If you have a strong work ethic, a passion for customer service, and solid mechanical aptitude, this is the perfect fit.
No prior painting experience is necessary – we prioritize mechanical aptitude and will teach you the ins and outs of pumping equipment. Experience in repairing lawnmowers, pumps, or similar machinery is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service, maintain, and repair airless spray equipment for optimal performance
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
* Deliver high levels of customer service and resolve issues promptly
* Support spray equipment sales and rental orders
* Adhere to safety standards and ensure a safe working environment
Requirements:
* Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing small engines, electrical, or pumping equipment
* Proven ability to work independently, make decisions on the fly, and manage tasks with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
* Prior experience as a Service Technician or similar role, with a solid understanding of equipment maintenance and repair
* A positive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement
