Equipment Service Team (EQS) Overview
The EQS Operations team is a dynamic environment responsible for warehousing, setup, and delivery of CCEP's equipment for our valued customers. This includes inventory management, setup, management of delivery teams, and supply of CCEP's wide range of equipment. The role of the CDO Technician involves responding to and repairing breakdowns of beverage equipment located at customer sites. This includes Glass Door Merchandisers, Air Curtain Coolers, Fountain dispensing equipment, vending machines, frozen beverage equipment, and coffee machines.
The Role
The key objective of the CDO Technician role is to support the EQS team in providing high-quality sales equipment to internal and external stakeholders to drive sales growth and contribute to KPI success within the Equipment & Services department.

Key Responsibilities:
* Safety Behaviour: Actively participate in Toolbox Talks, Safety audits, and completions.
* Beakon compliance: Address overdue incidents, hazards, and tasks promptly; repair equipment and return it to a field-ready condition.
* Equipment Quality: Ensure equipment is prepared for market and does not require a service call within 30 days. Maintain a quality score >80%.
* Efficiency: Complete equipment refurbishment efficiently, using only appropriate and necessary parts.
* Inventory Management: Conduct parts and asset stocktakes and cycle counts as scheduled; manage outstanding STOs weekly.
* Adherence to Process, Policies, and Use of IT Tools: Follow standard work procedures; accurately record work time using systems like Kronos.
* Continuous Improvement: Participate in maintaining and developing technical skills; engage in training and development programs.
