About the Role
QPF are looking for a talented marketing manager to take hold of the Group marketing strategy and continue to drive growth and success across the Group. Reporting to the Director and managing a marketing coordinator, the role is responsible for the following;
1. Manage and grow online lead generation through new and existing partner programs with sites such as Trucksales, Tradetrucks, Google, Pickles etc;
2. Monitor, analyse and optimise the website and associate landing pages (Wordpress CMS), including SEO tracking and improvement;
3. Design and build new webpages for different group brands and business units;
4. Engage with Brokers to improve vendor relationships & gain leads through marketing and communications tools;
5. Liaise with new and existing vendors, creating mutually beneficial marketing plans and reviewing / testing / refining regularly;
6. Design and build eDM’s and newsletters, creating a schedule and managing the segmentation of CRM data;
7. Assist in the integration of CRM automation and develop the CRM program;
8. Generate new campaign ideas and lead their development and execution across relevant channels, ensuring brand consistency across the design of all online and print collateral; and
9. Track, measure and report on all campaign and always on marketing activity.

This role requires a unique mix of skills across digital lead generation, copy and content writing, digital marketing (SEO, paid advertising, eDMs etc), team leadership and stakeholder engagement with external partners and vendors. To be successful in this role, you will have strategic capability, with a strength in the delivery of digital marketing activities and campaign management. To be considered, your background will cover the following;
10. Brisbane based, with the ability to work from the QPF Springwood Head Office at least 3 days per week;
11. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Digital, Communications or similar;
12. At least 7 years’ of experience in marketing, including experience in digital lead generation, Wordpress CMS, and multi-channel campaign management;
13. Previous experience in the design and delivery of eDM campaigns, including CRM optimisation and automation;
14. Proactive and autonomous approach – take ownership of the marketing function and drive improvement;
15. Proven experience in strategic and tactical campaign planning, with an outstanding attention to detail;
16. Advanced computer skills with the ability to learn and work with multiple software applications and systems;
17. Ability to effectively manage, motivate and develop a marketing coordinator to exceed performance targets; and
18. Ability to build strong, trusted relationships with brokers and external vendors, driving and encouraging innovation and change.
