You’ll run multiple live sites, manage crews and logistics, and keep high-risk demolition projects moving safely, efficiently, and to spec. You’ll also play a key role mentoring leading hands and labourers, enforcing safety standards, and communicating with clients and contractors. This role suits someone who enjoy the challenge of high-spec demo, not someone looking to learn on the fly. If you’ve got the quals, the site smarts and the leadership, you’ll be given the freedom to run your sites your way, backed by strong systems and a capable team. Your Day-to-Day Oversee complex demolition projects from start to finish Manage site logistics, resources and daily tasking Supervise and mentor teams across multiple active worksites Deliver toolbox talks, enforce SWMS, lead audits, report incidents Liaise with clients, subcontractors, engineers and PMs Track and maintain plant, tools, and equipment Keep detailed site records, safety reports and documentation Get hands-on during high-risk or complex demolition tasks What You’ll Need – Essential Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising Class 1 demolition projects, including high-risk and complex jobs Certificate IV in Demolition – CPC41020 Proven experience managing multiple active sites and large teams Deep understanding of HSEQ systems and on-site compliance Skilled in developing demolition methodologies and site-specific plans Comfortable managing clients and stakeholder communications White Card Strong communication, leadership and documentation skills Microsoft Office proficiency Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and professional on site Bonus Points (Nice to Have) First Aid High-Risk Work Licences (EWP, Forklift) HR or MR Driver’s Licence Asbestos Supervision Ticket Experience mentoring junior supervisors or stepping up leading hands Why Join This Team?
