We're looking for a driven and experienced Store Manager to lead our fast-paced Canberra Outlet store.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead the daily operations of a high-volume store, ensuring strong performance across sales, service, and profitability
* Drive commercial results by achieving and exceeding KPIs, sales targets, and shrinkage control
* Lead a large team with confidence — mentoring, coaching, and building a strong team culture
* Oversee high levels of stock flow and manage visual merchandising across a fast-moving outlet floor
* Control wage costs and execute efficient team rostering
* Maintain compliance with all OH&S standards to create a safe and smooth-running environment
