Staff Supervisor (Coffs Harbour) - Full Time

Coffs Harbour, NSW

Busways are seeking a proactive Staff Supervisor to join our Coffs Harbour depot, supporting daily operations and ensuring safe, reliable transport services for the community.

What You'll Be Doing:

Be the main point of contact for drivers for all non-dispatch matters, providing support and guidance.
Support the Depot Manager with day-to-day depot operations.
Build and maintain master rosters and weekly driver rosters, including leave management.
Assist with incident management, including complaints, accidents, lost property and occurrence reports.
Manage administrative tasks such as employee files, timesheets, payroll support and phone enquiries.
Handling phone calls and two-way enquiries.
Assist during major incidents and cover trips when required to ensure services are maintained.

What You'll Bring

Strong administration and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
Sound computer skills and confidence using multiple systems.
Local knowledge of the Coffs Harbour area.
Australian work rights, along with a current Driver's Licence and Working with Children Check.
