As a key member of the Commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our business operations.
About the Role
* Manage invoices and purchase orders for mining labour hire providers
* Generate weekly unmatched invoice reports and investigate discrepancies
* Update and issue reports on site to stakeholders following each month-end cycle
* Maintain electronic filing systems for commercial documents
* Convert monthly forecasts to daily forecasts and coordinate uploading into the system
* Analyse trends in commercial and warehouse expenditure
* Assist with accrual journal processing at each month-end
About You
