Business Development Manager – International Freight

We're launching our international freight forwarding division, and we're looking for an experienced freight professional who wants to build it with us.
You'll have the entrepreneurial freedom of a start-up, backed by the financial stability and operational infrastructure of an established domestic logistics business.

What You'll Actually Do
Develop and win new international freight business—ocean, air, or both, depending on your background
Identify and target importers and exporters who are underserved by the big players
Shape our go-to-market approach based on what you know the market actually needs
Collaborate with our ops team to ensure what you sell, we deliver
Who We're Looking For
You've spent time in freight forwarding—ideally 5+ years—and you know how this industry actually works.
You understand the pain points importers and exporters face, you can talk credibly about supply chain challenges, and you know how to open doors and close deals.
You might be:
A BDM at a large forwarder that's tired of the politics and wants more ownership
An operations manager who's moved into sales and wants to keep growing
Someone who's run their own small forwarding operation and wants more resources behind them
A customs broker or trade specialist looking to move into a broader commercial role
What matters most: you know freight, you can sell, and you want to build something meaningful.
