* RIIWHS202E Enter and work in confined spaces
* RIIWHS204E Work safely at heights

About the position
CTS is seeking a VET qualified trainer with mining or civil construction background to join our training team. This is a unique and very rewarding career which focuses on maintaining safety within industry sectors.
You will join a highly motivated and positive team of like‑minded professionals, focusing on the excellence in training and assessment while maintaining compliance to VET Standards.
Along with your delivery and assessment duties, your role will also include some administrative responsibilities to ensure efficient enrolling and resulting procedures are met.
Qualifications
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or higher
* Possession of relevant formal vocational qualifications or competencies
Clearances
* National Police Clearance.
* Working With Children (WWC) Check.
* Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screen.
Experience
* Delivery and assessment of classroom or workplace‑based programmes.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Knowledge of workplace safety requirements.
Responsibilities
* Delivery and assessment of training programmes.
* Participate in CTS continuous improvement processes.
* Maintain Industry and Vocational currency.
* Participate in Industry consultation.
* Monitor learner progress.
