About the business and the role
Summerland is a North Queensland owned business, with stores in Cairns, Townsville and Rockhampton.
Our stores have been built over the past 20 years by delivering a unique in store experience, selling amazing product, providing exceptional customer service and beautiful store design.
We stock Australian designer labels like Kivari, Bec & Bridge, Shona Joy, Auguste, Sovere, Mon Renn, and more. We also manufacture our own brands in Italy and Bali.
We are searching for a positive, dynamic and self motivated Store Manager to lead our established and loved Rockhampton Boutique at 99 East Street.
Responsibilities
* Maintaining a welcoming, clean and organised store.
* Build client relationships, provide outstanding service and maintain a VIP database.
* Be motivated and driven to achieve sales success.
* Maintain sales driven visual merchandising.
* Stock control and inventory management.
* Coach and mentor your team to achieve sales success.
* Day to day running of the store and report to the Retail Operations Manager and Directors.
Skills and experience
We are looking for -
* A self driven leader who loves fashion, styling and provides customers with outstanding genuine customer service,
* Someone who can positively influence staff, create a welcoming, friendly environment and lead a team to sales success.
* Is adaptable and who has a wide skill set, can work independently and lead a team and have the motivation to achieve the stores goals.
Skills and experience that are applicable;
* Daily store management and team motivation
* Fashion styling, customer and VIP management
* Visual merchandising and stock control
* Meeting sales and KPI targets
* High level of personal presentation
