The Position
* Engage with your customers, taking high volume coffee orders, ensuring each user is 100% satisfied
* Maintain coffee stocks and ensure your space is clean
* The ability to set, adjust, correct machine and grinder settings
* Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and daily step down of machine
The Person
* We’re after experienced barista’s (true coffee connoisseurs) who are comfortable producing high-quality coffees
* Hold or have the ability to hold a Working With Children Check
* Professional presentation – this is a front of house role, and you will be the face of the company to our users
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong work ethic and reliability - happy to work on your own sometimes but play a key role in the team
* Barista Qualification
* 1 years experience as Barista
