Inverell | Full-Time | Immediate Start | Work Trial Available
Join the team that transforms plain steel into high-performance components for Australia's leading agricultural equipment. Our Lasers team is on the lookout for a hands-on General Labourer to support our laser cutting operations on the afternoon shift.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to develop skills in modern manufacturing.
Hours
Monday – Thursday: 2:30pm to 11:00pm
Friday: 12:00pm to 6:00pm
Key Duties
* Load, unload and transport raw and cut metal parts
* Operate and assist with laser cutting and linishing machinery
* Maintain a tidy, safe and organised work area
* Perform manual labour duties in a physically demanding role
* Communicate clearly with your team leader and follow instructions
* Work safely and contribute to a positive team culture
About You
* Fit and reliable with a strong work ethic
* Good communicator with a safety-first attitude
* Willing to learn new skills and help out across different tasks
* No experience required – just a great attitude and team spirit
