About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner and supporting the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) and Nursing staff. They will assist with phone enquiries from patients, their family and carers, efficiently and courteously, referring to the appropriate clinician for patient information.
Key Responsibilities:
* Highly professional phone manner and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to be self-motivated with good time management skills.
* Well-developed computer skills including accurate data entry skills.
