Your unique contribution

The Export Specialist is responsible for managing the relationships and expectations with Pernod Ricard's international (Export) customers as well as internal stakeholders; ensuring a high level of support and customer service is always provided to our export markets and Australia/New Zealand countries of origin.

You will also be responsible for analysis and reporting of exporting activity, providing analytical support to the International Customer Service team as well as actively looking for continuous improvement opportunities.

You will add value to the team through:
- Ensure on time and in full delivery of export orders- Implement continuous improvement of export processes for shipments from Australia and New Zealand, including but not limited to the reduction of export lead times, finding the best freight services for customers, and educating the customers for better utilization of container spaces- Identify cost savings opportunities within export supply chain, including but not limited to better use of offline packing options by working with planning to align vessel schedules to production schedules and improving container utilization considering different market restrictions- Liaison with Production Planning teams re stock availability/required production and manage priorities accordingly if supply constrained- Liaison with customers on availability of stock and despatch of orders as well as trouble-shooting any other problems/queries raised by the customers- Assist with any market related compliance issues or information -i.e., labels/cartons/documents- Ensure the provision of relevant documentations to customers in a timely manner according to different market needs- Liaison with relevant forwarder, shipping company re booking, despatch of order- Liaison with relevant warehouse re packing/despatch of order for shipment and work collaboratively to improve efficiency through the overall process- Liaison with product delivery team re item master issue- Liaison with relevant parties to arrange sample requests in a timely manner- Preparation of/or arrangement for the preparation of commercial documentation, i.e., commercial invoice, certificate of origin, BOL and so on- Validate and approve of export documents and action on export freight invoices promptly- Manage and communicate key variances in orders versus forecast- Participate in monthly S&OP calls with lead markets- Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner through LOOP- Provide necessary data to responsible market extension requests at launch stage- Review the systems & processes used by the International Customer Service Team and initiate further improvement where possible- Mange and update the existing International Customer Service KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and any analytical tools for the team- Provide ad hoc analytical support to the International Customer Service team- Develop a dashboard system for the International Customer Service team- Provide data for Procurement tender process and forecasting request from forwarders/shipping lines- Participate in the data strategy implementation for AU Operations Team
