Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance across a diverse workforce
* Coach managers on performance development, IR/ER, and investigations
* Lead cyclical HR processes including performance reviews, remuneration, and engagement initiatives
* Manage end-to-end recruitment across key business units
* Partner with site-based teams, unions, and reps to maintain strong industrial relations
* Support organisational change projects, including automation and transformation programs
* Drive improvements across HR systems, policies, and processes
Requirements:
* Experience as an HR Advisor in an operational, manufacturing, or unionised environment
* Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law, Awards, and EA negotiation
* Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the business
* Experience managing both strategic initiatives and hands-on HR delivery
* Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related field
