Join a premium, diversified Property Developer in an impressive, experienced Marketing team. Due to an internal promotion, the opportunity has become available for a Marketing Executive.
This group has been operating for several decades and maintains a robust pipeline of master-planned projects across Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious marketer to take ownership of campaign coordination and gain exposure to multiple upcoming project launches.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will drive marketing initiatives from concept through to execution, gaining valuable experience across all facets of property marketing with a focus on large-scale land development and mixed-use precincts.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary - $115,000 Inclusive of Super + Bonus (TRP of $125,000 Pkg)

Responsibilities
- Lead coordination of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple community developments
- Manage website updates, EDM campaigns, and social media content creation
- Oversee production of marketing collateral, signage, and display suite materials
- Execute digital marketing strategies and monitor campaign performance
- Contribute to reporting and insights using Google Analytics and Power BI
- Support implementation of customer personalisation and emerging AI marketing tools
- Work with creative agencies, media partners, and PR teams to deliver campaigns
- Coordinate community events and customer engagement activities
- Manage marketing administration including budgets, invoicing, and project tracking
About You
- 2 - 3+ years marketing experience
- Must have Property Development marketing experience in Greenfield, Land, or Communities
- Client-side experience preferable, open to agency-side experience working with Property Development clients or similar experience
- Digital marketing skills with experience in content creation and campaign coordination beneficial
- Proficiency with marketing platforms including Word Press, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and analytics tools beneficial
- Excellent written communication and project management abilities
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proactive, collaborative approach with genuine enthusiasm for innovative marketing solutions
