We are helping them grow their Field Operations team with a Customer Success Specialist who is passionate about supporting farmers and driving adoption of cutting-edge AgTech solutions.
About the Role
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the champion for SwarmFarm customers, guiding them through the full lifecycle from onboarding and training to ongoing support and adoption. You will be the trusted point of contact, helping farmers get the most out of their autonomous farming systems and ensuring every interaction meets SwarmFarm's high standards for customer success.
Who We're Looking For
The successful candidate could come from a range of backgrounds. This includes any of the following:
- Agronomists
- Individuals with knowledge of geospatial tools, QGIS / GIS Software, GPS systems etc
- University graduates with an Agribusiness, Agriculture, or AgTech degree
- Candidates with general farming or on-farm experience
- Professionals with precision agriculture-related experience
Key Responsibilities
- Train customers on SwarmFarm systems, including doing on-farm visits
- Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions remotely and on farm
- Organize mapping and planning activities with farmers
- Act as the primary customer advocate, addressing issues and championing customer needs internally
- Support adoption, ROI tracking, and sustainability outcomes for farmers
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to identify opportunities and improve processes
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and insights to continuously improve the customer experience
Skills and Experience
Ideally, you will have some of the following skills and experience:
- Knowledge of precision farming data, GPS systems, and QGIS or other GIS software
- Knowledge of farming systems and agricultural operations
- Strong computer literacy, attention to detail, and good communication skills
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Empathy, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate customer needs
