Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Payroll Specialist to lead our payroll operations with accuracy and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing, strong knowledge of legislation and compliance requirements, high attention to detail, excellent communication and organisational skills, and proficiency in payroll systems and Excel.
* Process weekly payroll, timesheets, and reports with precision
* Manage employee movements including onboarding, transfers, and terminations
* Ensure adherence to tax, superannuation, and leave entitlements
* Prepare payroll journals, reconciliations, and management reports
* Provide payroll support and advice to leaders and employees
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
* A minimum 2 years of payroll experience
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and payroll software
