Workforce Strategist
The ideal candidate will foster partnerships with organisational teams to shape workforce initiatives and inform business decision making.
* Develop and deliver actionable workforce intelligence across all time horizons.
* Research and validate information to interpret workforce composition and organisational structures.
This role requires a National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. Some nationalities may be ineligible due to security requirements.
