**About the Role**
The duties of the Service Desk Technician include face-to-face communication with staff and students, provision of accounts, preparation of computing hardware for staff, students and classrooms, basic networking, software and audio-visual support and responding to classroom technology issues and other technical problems.
**About You**
You are dedicated, passionate and possess the following:

- Administrative and organisational skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness and ability to broaden skill set by learning and adopting new web-based technologies, tools and languages through formal and informal training
- A positive attitude to working in a varying and challenge environment
- Strong levels of initiative and proactivity
- A mature work discipline, time management and task prioritisation
- An ability to document business processes in a simple, auditable and ordered state
- Exemplary customer service skills, both in face-to-face, virtually, in writing, and over-the-phone communication
- Experience with Windows and Apple devices, including desktops, laptops and mobile devices
- Experience with M365
- Qualifications/experience with SCCM and/or JAMF Pro are desirable but not required

- A current National Police Check; and
- Full working rights within Australia.
