Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RTO Manager to oversee the operations of our Registered Training Organization (RTO). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the RTO, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering high-quality training programs to our students.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage the delivery of training programs, including scheduling, resource allocation, and assessment
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of trainers and assessors, providing feedback and support as required
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, including employers, industry bodies, and government agencies
- Manage the RTO's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Ensure the RTO's facilities and equipment are maintained to a high standard
- Lead and motivate a team of trainers, assessors, and administrative staff
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in education, business, or a related field
- Extensive experience in the vocational education and training (VET) sector, including experience managing an RTO
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for RTOs, including the Standards for Registered Training Organizations (RTOs) 2015
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
