OurNational People Operations team is expanding, and we have an opportunity available to join our innovative, supportive and friendly department. If you have a background in recruitment/talent acquisition, or currently in agency recruitment and looking to step into internal recruitment (no sales), this role would be perfect for you.
About the Role
You will work in a collaborative teamsupporting Health Care Managersacross 73 Ramsay Hospitals in Australia torecruit high-quality talent. You'll process the front end of multiple job vacancies at once, support volume recruitment activity, and be a key touchpoint for candidates throughout their journey with Ramsay.
Responsibilities
* Writing and advertising engaging advertisements, to attract candidates for current and future vacancies
* Talent pipeline optimizationand management of talent communities/pools for multiple specialties
* Phone and resume screening
* Coach managers on usage of recruitment system to ensure correct processes are followed.
* Providing recruitment support to key stakeholders across our Australian businesses
* Candidate management and identifying talentfor role requirements across the business
* Maintaining accurate recruitment data and documentation within the ATS.
What you'll bring
* 2+ years' experience in recruitment, HR or a talent coordination role
* You will be inquisitive and proactive in resourcing candidates
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* A customer-service mindset with a genuine care for candidate experience
* Confidence communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Experience using recruitment systems (ATS) highly regarded
* Experience working in the health sector (desirable)
* You will be able to attend the office for training.
